Key Lime Pie
Yield:     8
Ingredients:

16 oz         sweetened  condensed milk
8 1/2 fl oz  lime juice
1                 8" graham cracker pie crust
4                 egg yolks
1/2 t            vanilla extract
1/2 T           lime zest
Directions:

1.  Mix egg yolks, lime juice, lime zest and vanilla extract in a
mixing bowl

2.   Add sweetened condensed milk and whisk well.

3.   Preheat oven to 375 F.

4.   Pour mixture into pie shell and bake for 30 min.

5.   Chill in a refrigerator to cool, slice and serve.

6.   Garnish with a lime wedge, and whipped cream, optional
