Balsamic Glaze:
For The Distinctive Epicurean and Wine Enthusiast

2 cups        balsamic vinaiger
1/2 cup       sugar
1                  bay leaf

1.  In a heavy skillet place vinegar, sugar and bay leaf, on high heat,
bring to boil.

2.  Lower heat to medium and simmer for about 40 minutes, or till you
reach the desired consistency. Remove from heat to cool, discard bay

Note that; glaze will get thicker as it cools down.

3.  You may store in a refrigerator for future use, bring up to room
tempter prior to serving.
